RSPB Minsmere is known for its remarkable biodiversity, due to the array of habitats that provide a haven for countless species.
Because Minsmere is so special, it was the home to the BBC’s Springwatch for several years.
Minsmere is home to an astonishing array of birds, over 5,600 species have been recorded among them some of the rarest in the UK. These include the elusive bittern, marsh harriers, bearded tits, and of course the iconic Avocet.
