If you cancel your booking more than six weeks before you are due to arrive, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel more than two weeks before you are due to arrive, then 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel less than two weeks before the arrival date then the deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel less than one week before the arrival date the full balance remains due and is not refundable.
On street parking is freely available at all of our homes.
Pakefield is a quiet residential area and all our homes are set on residential roads.
All our homes have free superfast WIFI.
Bed linen and one towel per person is provided.
One dog is permitted at Avocet, Sandpiper, Seagull Cottage and Curlew Cottage.
A second dog is considered on request.
Dog house rules are, no dogs permitted in bedrooms and carpeted areas and please keep your dog off the furniture especially the sofas, thank you.
Pakefield beach is dog friendly all year round as is the beach heading south towards Kessingland.
Lowestoft beach dogs are permitted on the promenade but not on the beach between May and September.
Yes, all the local pubs accept dogs. Those that have restaurant areas, dogs are permitted in the bar area.
