There is plenty to do on the Suffolk Coast to keep the kids entertained without spending a fortune.
For some traditional seaside family fun, there is nothing better than a day at the beach and we are blessed with beautiful beaches on the Suffolk Coast, with Pakefield being one of the best! There are also some wonderful outdoor play areas to enjoy, such as the one at Nicholas Everitt Park set on the banks of Oulton Broad. For the nature lovers, there are a whole host of reserves waiting to be explored, the closest being Carlton Marshes which has a brand new visitor centre, cafe and education centre. Then of course there is Southwold and it’s famous pier which is a must and a great way to spend a few hours.
